According to your preference and requirements, we are able to provide you with qualified, registered professional reporters, registered merit reporters and certified realtime reporters. In contrast to many other firms, however, Pohlman provides our clients with a single point of contact, so if a deposition takes place outside the Saint Louis area, we will make all the deposition arrangements rather than simply provide a referral.

Personal Service You Can Trust

We absolutely handle all your needs personally. Scheduling a deposition is easy. You may contact us by phone or register with Pohlman through our website, where you can also upload your notices. Once you are registered with us, you never have to enter your personal information again. After a deposition is scheduled, we confirm via phone or email within 24 hours unless a deposition is scheduled within 48 hours, in which case we provide a phone call confirmation. Pohlman also provides a final confirmation 24 hours in advance of the deposition so that any last minute changes or cancellations may be easily communicated and managed.

Interactive Realtime Translation

Pohlman also offers interactive realtime translation, a service whereby the client may log on via the internet and watch the deposition testimony in real time, text only. This helps clients to better manage their time by allowing them to quickly flag sections of the transcript as testimony is being given and to build their case in real time by searching current and previous testimony, by creating a deposition summary with a simple click of a button, by reviewing and effectively citing testimony the very same day and by being able to leave the deposition with a rough copy of the transcript. We also offer a variety of preferred formats for deposition transcripts including the traditional double-sided transcripts, complimentary condensed format, ASCII discs and electronic transcript as well as Summation and Caseview Formats. Our margins are always consistent with NCRA guidelines, decreasing overall costs, and transcripts go through our premier quality control to ensure we remain consistent with our high standards. Our normal turnaround time is 8-10 business days. We do, however, offer expedited services if the need arises.
