At Pohlman, Debbie oversees all facets of the business. She advances Pohlman’s vision to be the industry leader in providing customized and innovative technology solutions for every client. Her strong leadership paves the way for our dedicated staff to deliver excellent customer experiences on every client interaction, thus maintaining Pohlman’s reputation for unparalleled customer service.
Debbie joined the agency in 2012, bringing her executive leadership experience from previous roles as a Vice President for MetLife and an executive consultant and strategic planner with a regional management consulting firm.
She received her MBA from Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Administration from Saint Louis University.
Debbie is active in the Missouri Court Reporters Association (MCRA) and a member of the National Court Reporting Association (NCRA).
In her free time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
